What Happens After You Get in Touch
When your request comes in, someone from our team reaches out to find a time for the free inspection. We are a family-owned company, and Mike, the owner, stays involved in the jobs. If you would rather not wait for us, call the number for your area and we will set it up on the phone.
At the inspection we go up on the roof, photograph what we find, and walk you through the photos. If the roof needs work, you get a written estimate before anything starts, and financing is available on approved credit through a third-party lending partner. If the honest answer is a small repair or no work at all, that is what we will tell you.
We work across Dallas-Fort Worth from our office in Frisco, and in Austin and the San Antonio area as well. San Antonio, Schertz, Cibolo and Converse have their own local line, so call that number if you live there. When you fill out the form, the property address and a few words about what you are seeing on the roof help us plan the visit: a leak over a bedroom, missing shingles after a storm, or simply wanting to know how much life the roof has left.
If you think hail damaged your roof, the inspection photos show you what is there before you decide anything. Should you choose to file a claim, you file it with your insurance company and we provide the photos. The claim is between you and your insurer, and we work from your adjuster’s approved scope.

I think hail hit my roof. Should I call you or my insurance company first?
Many homeowners have us inspect first so they know what is actually on the roof. If there is damage and you decide to file a claim, you file it with your insurer and we provide the inspection photos. The claim is between you and your insurance company, and we work from your adjuster's approved scope.
Will I get a price in writing?
Yes. If the roof needs work, you get a written estimate before any work starts, and nothing begins until you agree to it.
Do you offer financing?
Financing is available on approved credit through a third-party lending partner. Ask about it when we go over your estimate.
