Three Texas Markets, One Family-Owned Company

Viva Roofing started in Frisco in 2021, and the north Dallas suburbs are still where we do the most work. Our office is on Lebanon Road, and the cities around it, from Plano and Allen to Prosper and Little Elm, are where most of our customers live.

The three regions we serve are not the same market. In Dallas-Fort Worth, most of our jobs follow hail: homeowners call after a storm to find out whether the roof took damage, and if it did, we work from the adjuster’s approved scope once they have filed with their insurer. In Austin and San Antonio we do more retail replacements, where the homeowner pays for the roof directly because it has simply worn out. This fall the San Antonio area is our focus, after hail hit the northeast side of the city on September 11, 2026.
