This policy explains how Viva Roofing Inc (“Viva Roofing”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through viva-roofing.com. We are a family-owned roofing company in Frisco, Texas.

When you fill out the contact or inspection request form, we collect the information you choose to give us:

- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The property address
- Your message, plus the service you are interested in, your timeline, and whether you own the property
Like most websites, we also receive basic technical information when you visit or submit a form, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you viewed. We use it to keep the site working and to protect the form from spam and automated abuse.

Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which we use to track requests, schedule inspections and keep notes on each job. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM, phone and text messaging, email and website hosting providers, and only so they can perform those services for us. We do not sell your personal information.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Viva Roofing Inc about your request, such as scheduling and follow-up for your inspection or estimate. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, and the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may collect information such as the pages you visit and the device and browser you use.

Children
This website is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
