Roofing Questions From Texas Homeowners
Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. We go up on the roof, photograph what we find and walk you through the pictures. There is no charge for the inspection, and the photos are yours whether or not you hire us.
What areas does Viva Roofing serve?
Three Texas regions. In Dallas-Fort Worth we work Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Little Elm and Dallas. We also serve Austin, and in the San Antonio area we work San Antonio, Schertz, Cibolo and Converse. Our office is in Frisco.
My roof was in the September 2026 hail in San Antonio. What should I do first?
Book a free inspection. We inspect and photograph the roof so you know whether the hail did damage. If you decide to make a claim, you file it with your insurance company and our inspection photos go with it.
Do you work on insurance claim roofs?
Yes. We document the damage with photos and work from your adjuster's approved scope. The claim itself is between you and your insurance company. We also do plenty of replacements that homeowners pay for directly, especially in Austin and San Antonio.
Do you offer financing?
Financing is available on approved credit through a third-party lending partner. Ask about it when we go over your written estimate.
What kinds of roofs do you install?
Mostly architectural asphalt shingle roofs, including a Class 4 impact-resistant shingle option that is worth pricing in hail country. We also install metal roofing and work on commercial roofs.
